A comprehensive machine shop and assembly area allows us to respond to both your standard and custom applications. Lindberg specializes in custom cylinders for specific applications. No matter if your requirement is for one cylinder or 500 cylinders, Lindberg has the resources necessary to meets your needs. Lindberg has the capability of manufacturing cylinders up to a 24″ bore. Our hydraulic cylinders can be engineered to 3,000 psi capacity or beyond. We also have a repair service that can turn any manufacturer’s old leaky cylinder into a sturdy, efficient product at 50% – 60% the cost of a new cylinder. Lindberg cylinders are serialized, pressure tested, inspected, and painted prior to ship. Lindberg also offers Rotary Unions in many styles and configurations.

CMG offers a rebuild and upgrade service for all types of CNC machining centers and equipment. Upgrades can include a complete controls retrofit, replacing LM Guides, ball screws, servo motors, or spindle repair. A complete Ball Bar inspection report is supplied with each project to document the geometry, accuracy, and repeatability of each machine axis. Retooling for a new product or a turn-key machine and fixture combination can be design, build, and run-off qualified and installed in your plant.
